Had a private group yoga session with Catherine Pena and she was amazing! I left class feeling very relaxed. I have sciatica issues and she worked with me gently and I was amazed I was able to do a lot of the poses with her guidance. Can't wait to go back!

Booked a private group class for my mom and some of her friends due to my mom’s spinal issues. Catherine was so wonderful and took all of our different abilities/injuries of the members into account. So much so that my mom reported less pain afterwards due to the class having minimized her stress levels. Catherine took the time to get to know our situation, catered to our needs, and educated the class on how to be mindful with the body despite chronic pain. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this studio. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, supportive, and inviting. The sound bath is amazing! I left feeling so relaxed. The sounds of the bowls, the gongs, and the soothing sound of Catherine’s voice are magic.

Cat is a natural at leading sound baths, meditation, yoga, and Reiki. She is a calming presence and you feel renewed just being in the same space as her. I recommend any class she is leading!
