The sound bath is amazing! I left feeling so relaxed. The sounds of the bowls, the gongs, and the soothing sound of Catherine’s voice are magic.
Cat is a natural at leading sound baths, meditation, yoga, and Reiki. She is a calming presence and you feel renewed just being in the same space as her. I recommend any class she is leading!
The classes are absolutely amazing. I have taken a variety of them and I love them ALL! Catherine puts every single piece of her heart and soul into them and you leave there feeling rejuvenated and satisfied!
I was in town visiting for a few weeks and took a yoga class which was exceptional!! Cat is so welcoming and makes you feel right at home. My friend talked me into trying the New Moon Reiki Sound Bath and let me tell you, 10/10!! Phenomenal. I left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to do another one!
I had a private reiki session with Catherine and it was wonderful! Catherine’s calming presence and genuine interest in understanding my personal goals in order to deliver a customized experience made it feel very comfortable. She was very clear and thorough in explaining everything beforehand. She even followed up afterwards to check in, which demonstrates her desire to see her clients benefit from the reiki healing she provides.
