We are a gym for everyone if you are looking to lose weight, build muscle or just want to get into better shape. We have a good selection of workout equipment From Cardio machines to Free weights, Dumbbells and a few other things mixed in. We are open to members only from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM Everyday. If you would like to sign up or take a tour you can stop by during STAFFED HOURS: MON. thru WED. 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thurs. 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. or signup online anytime and you will get a entry code with-in 24 hrs from signup.

the owner jason is awesome.. great environment
Awesome gym. Bench, deadlift, squat rack, cardio equipment, dumbell rack, cable machine, and a bunch of other equipment. So nice to have in a rural area where other options are a 20-30min drive. Great atmosphere as well with a sense of community where not just the staff but other members are willing to help fellow members chase their goals. Love having a local option that's conveniently accessible!
This gym literally saved my life being close to home and just a real clean friendly environment. The gym owner Jason would bend over backwards to help you in any way he can with your journey. Thankful this place exists
I'm very new to the gym experience. Jason has set up a plan for me and has taken his own personal time helping me get better. I have never felt this good, mentally or physically. Can't wait to see what the future holds
