RecommendedUsed Harbor Park Garage for a concert on November 18, 2019. There was a problem with my prepaid parking pass and I had to pay twice on site for pre paid parking. The parking lot attendant Will came over and helped me very much, directing me on how to pursue a refund for the parking charges. Steven Simmons, a manager with Harbor, helped me process my refund the next day. He was supremely kind, understanding and helpful. Anytime I am in Baltimore I will use Harbor Park Garage!
Haven’t lived in Baltimore for a number of years, but I parked here on Monday, “Early Bird” Time unclear that it was only the top 2 floor. Spoke and explained my situation to Miss. Lisa. was great, understanding, and a great help. Also fun to talk with!
This is the worst parking garage in Baltimore. We have been stuck on the 6th floor for almost an hour. Called the front desk and the woman offered zero help and blamed the city. We will never park here again!
