Melanie is a true body worker and so incredibly knowledgable! I had been going to PT, Chiropractors (you name it) for help with neck/upper back pain and tension for years without much relief. One session with Melanie and she was able to identify the core problem and bring me a solution to start implementing into my day-to-day life. I now feel empowered as I have a solution I can easily implement into my daily movements to continue feeling my best. I cannot say enough good things about Melanie and highly recommend her!
Melanie is absolutely fantastic. I’ve had an occasional odd knee pain for a few years and PT didn’t seem to help. It always felt like something was just “off” in my knee. It would show up on walks, hikes, jogs and cycling, and I figured someday I’d probably have to have knee surgery. Loved our appointment with Melanie. She suggested concrete treatment ideas and easy postural interventions for my son to deal with back and knee issues. We will be following her advice from now on.
