I am very familiar with hypnosis and NLP and have some health issues, so I booked a session with Alex. I liked what he said regarding his knowledge & experience on his website. Prior to the session, Alex took the time to learn more deeply about my goals for the session and personalized the session for my clear intentions. The consultation phone call even helped me bring more clarity to my intentions before doing the hypnosis session. He led a guided hypnosis meditation (with intentional words from his NLP training) to help me achieve my goal. I had many insights during the session and look forward to incorporating them into my actions moving forward. Comfortable, clear, and helpful!
