I’ve seen Grace for massage therapy several times over the past several months and the experience has been transformative for me. She’s unlike any other massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She listens carefully to what’s happening with me and tailors her massage to what I need in that moment. She’s been especially effective working on my vagus nerve and my nervous system in general. I leave each time relaxed and renewed!
Both my husband and I have been coming to inner gate for years for acupuncture and massage. We’ve seen many people over the years, most recently Casey and Brad. Both were great and helped me with some acute issues I was having. Their practitioners are knowledgeable and I love that they will do mixed modality treatments depending on your needs. The facilities are clean and comfortable. They are easy to book with and take our insurance (united). Parking is easy and plentiful at both locations. Highly recommend!
Dr. Carly has been so supportive and informative about where I am in my health journey. She listened very carefully and answered all my questions, even ones that I was hesitant to ask. I couldn’t recommend her more!!!
I've been coming to Inner Gate health and wellness for about 5 years. Oliver is a champion acupuncturist, my first appointment happened during the end of the pandemic. He's always open to addressing whatever issue is presenting itself at that moment. He's very quick in deciding what area would be best treated to resolve my issue! I hope I didn't prevent myself from getting an appointment with him in the future!
Dr. Carly has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her practice, but also an exceptional communicator.
