The massage was great but I don’t know what’s going on with the front desk - it seems like the owner has people working there who aren’t familiar with the scheduling system or who aren’t trained. First, they didn’t tell me that they booked me with a male masseuse, even though I had requested a female masseuse. When I went in for my massage appointment and realized that, I rescheduled for a couple days later. Such a vibe, it feels intentional and clean. Amazingly quiet and serene! The staff was so welcoming and on schedule. Definitely will return. Worth it!
I've been carrying around a fair amount of pain this past year or so, so I really have to trust the person I let work on me. I trusted Griselle immediately and for good reason. Her approach is deep, thorough, and most importantly, respectful. And the location is lovely. I'm so happy that I found this business.
