I have been coming here for years. The massages are always great and they take the time to listen and accommodate accordingly. The location is always clean and has the relaxing atmosphere you are looking for when trying y to relax. The prices are very reasonable and there are several add on options I love like hot stones and cupping. Loved the community member discount! Excellent massage with Natalia! I especially appreciated her feedback following the massage on areas of tension she noticed and suggestions for exercises to address them at home.
The massage was great but I don’t know what’s going on with the front desk - it seems like the owner has people working there who aren’t familiar with the scheduling system or who aren’t trained. First, they didn’t tell me that they booked me with a male masseuse, even though I had requested a female masseuse. When I went in for my massage appointment and realized that, I rescheduled for a couple days later. The front desk didn’t know how to book me for the next appointment so I just waited 10 minutes while they asked around... read more
