Go see Dre at Inner G Fitness. I’ve tried a bunch of programs over the years, and nothing really worked. Dre took the time to figure out what I needed, and now I’m leaner, stronger, and in the best shape of my life. The workouts are tough, but doable. Stick to the plan and the results will come. Highly recommend.
