Julia Shay is a great couples counsellor. We felt reassured by her step-wise approach and the road-map she outlined for our counselling sessions, including the initial fortnightly tempo and how this would change over time. We have have developed a deeper insight into our relationship over the past 18months, and would highly recommend Julia's expertise to others.
Julia is a very kind and open couples counsellor. Julia always went out of her way to explain concepts as well as working through issues with us. I would especially recommend if you are having issues with communication.

I've seen different psychologists but no one made me feel understood like Daniel. His patience, empathy and expertise help create a safe space where I'm comfortable discussing very difficult topics openly and honestly. Daniel has provided very useful practical tools to challenge my anxious thoughts and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Can't recommend him enough!
