I have been seeing Lara for pregnancy fitness and support and she has been amazing! She is so knowledgeable about woman's health/fitness! I’m feeling so confident to train through my pregnancy and beyond! I have never trained with Nick but he is always so welcoming when I’m in the gym! It’s a lovely environment!
I have been inner focus for over two years with Nick and Lara who are brilliant trainers. The gym has a great culture and equipment that suits all fitness levels! I highly recommend training here!!
Nick and Lara are fantastic! I’ve been training with Lara for years and she has a great approach and understands that we’re all different and require different training, It’s a great boutique gym and is more like a family than business! I highly recommend visiting Lara or Nick!!!

A gem of a gym by the seaside! I've been training here for the past 4 years. It's a small but welcoming gym where you get to know everyone. Nick and Lara are lovely to train with and best of all I can see that I'm getting stronger! It is also pet friendly.
