If you're looking for a wide variety of group fitness classes, a fun, inclusive and supportive community, come try out the studio. My husband and I have been members for the last 6 years and guarantee you'll leave sweaty and smiling. I used to have chronic back pain for many years and tried everything possible. Inner Fit is so much more than a fitness studio — it’s truly a community like no other. Inner Fit in Richmond is an amazing gym where people from any place can improve, continue, or begin their fitness journey. The coaching is amazing and anyone, regardless of their starting point, can be challenged on their fitness. Try a class, get hooked, and get fit.
