I am surprised how much I have benefited from this gentle class, finally getting the stretching my body has been needing. So glad I started going.
Warm yoga + tea. Haven’t been to class in ages so this was a super nice surprise. Small and intimate. Cosy. The tea was a nice touch. Also the best views out the windows. Surrounded by nature. It’s like being in a tree hug.
I love this studio set up! And Michelle is an excellent yoga teacher. Highly recommend her classes
