I highly recommend Katrina’s yoga sessions. My husband and I wanted to try yoga at home to fit a grounding exercise into our busy schedules and we found Katrina online. Every class was an amazing experience. She has excellent knowledge of yoga and tailored each session to our individual needs and abilities, which between my husband and I were slightly different and she did this very well.
