Dropped off my car for an alignment at noon and didn’t receive a call from them so I call before they closed. And I’m told that their alignment machine was down. Left my car there for no reason. Then he just told me to take it somewhere else. Wasted my day
Josh and his guys at Prime Time did an amazing job. I was checking out a used car nearby and was in a last minute rush to find a mechanic who could do a Pre-purchase inspection. Josh answered all of my questions and went into detail about what the inspection would entail, and was very patient when I had to keep changing the meetup time. These guys always take amazing care of me and communicate what is going on without me having to ask. Josh at the from counter makes it a friendly and professional experience. Highly recommend!
I called regarding a large nail in my tire and Josh happily answered and confidently told me to come in and they would handle it quickly. I have 3 children under the age of 6 who all fell asleep on my way to Prime Time Auto Care/Stallions. Fernando plugged the hole within a few minutes while my kids stayed asleep in the car. I will absolutely be returning based on their customer service, timeliness and efficiency. Thank you Josh and Fernando!!
