My experience with Jacob and his service was fantastic, went in for a checkup on my transmission had to leave my truck overnight, the next day I received a phone call with a diagnostic technician and a quote on the repair, unfortunately I couldn't afford the work to be done right away so I went there to pick up my truck and was giving a bill for 153.00 I wasn't expecting this charge I apparently signed an agreement to pay for this test after I explained my financial situation 😢 Jacob was kind enough to waive this fee I know... read more
Went in to just get an estimate on transmission repair they did a diagnostic test and when I returned to pickup the truck after they quoted me a price I couldn't afford at the time.. they gave me a bill of 153.00 dollars never told me anything about a charge before the service and I couldn't get my truck back until I paid.
