Tried to up sell "electrical problem repair" for $1200. Left starter partially uninstalled so it shorted. Whack.
I took my aunts car in because it kept stalling at idle and two other shops told me it was the fuel pump. Jacob took one look, hooked it up to his scanner, and in 20 minutes figured out it was actually a faulty IAC valve and it saved me from an unnecessary $400 repair. Very honest, fast, and doesn’t try to upsell you.
