Outrageous – Expensive Guesswork I couldn't give negative stars! This was supposed to be a $140 diagnostic to figure out the issue with my 2020 Silverado. Instead of being honest and telling me they couldn’t fix the problem, the shop immediately started guessing at expensive repairs. The technician told me the $140 wasn’t enough and that he needed another $450 just for diagnostics — for a total of $590 — before even attempting any repair. Shop that was supposed to repair my vehicle was closed on a Tuesday. After a recommendation I received about a good shop to try from owner an owner of cornerstone bbq. I headed to Inner-city auto repair. Where Josh And Woods were able to help me out. Explaining to where I understood the work needed and gave me a fair deal!
