Best massage in Kelowna! I always have an amazing very relaxing experience, Jennifer is so friendly and knowledgeable, an expert in her craft I can’t recommend her enough. Her new location is beautiful and the room is clean & welcoming, she always takes her time with you and listens to what you need so the appointment never feels rushed. Highly Recommend I won’t go anywhere else!

Her space is very welcoming and her nurturing presence leaves you feeling like you've had a reset! I highly recommend her reflexology treatments. I have been coming to Inner Ballance 2-4 times/month for just over a year now. The massages are great and there are so many different types you can choose from for your personal needs. I enjoy deep tissue with peppermint oils. The prices are very reasonable! you will be very happy and relaxed after coming here I promise ! I got my mom a reflexology gift for mother's day and she loved it! I'll be doing that again this year! Can't wait for many more years of relaxation. Thank you Jennifer!
