Been coming here for a few years. There were some disruptions this past year but it looks like new ownership has taken over and now it's up and running again; they're honoring all previous packages. Parag is a great massage therapist and I plan on returning again!
Update - New ownership has taken over, and they have communicated that they will honor my massage sessions I had remaining. I have been going to this Spa for the last 3 years. Susan Lavery and the other massage therapists are amazing, however it looks like management changed a year ago and things have gone downhill. The Spa closed in June unexpectedly, and they have not communicated with customers. I have phoned them and emailed them as I also have a massage pack that I paid for and I would like to get reimbursed for the ses... read more
Sadly they've lost all their best workers, and it hasn't been the same since the new ownership.
I knew that the spa had been closed for a few months, but the website had also been down. I noticed the online booking portal was up again so I booked a massage. Showed up and the doors were locked. Please turn off your booking system if you are closed!
DO NOT BOOK. this spa is closed and it still allows you to go onto the website and book appointments. No notice, message, email or mention of anything.
