My family had a great experience with Inner Balance Psychology. Their staff was professional and I was able to schedule an appointment with no issues. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing mental health services.
Unfriendly they just hang up on you not again
New patient, went to the address provided on both the text message and email, waited outside for 20 minutes while on the phone with a receptionist about the door being locked and no one there. There was a huge sign outside that said Inner Balance Psychology and that’s where the provided address lead me. So you’d assume that’s the place right, considering the big sign outside? Ended up leaving, as I’m 5 minutes from home I get a call from a therapist saying how that’s not the right address and it did that to her on her first ... read more
