i almost don't want to write this review so i can gate keep them lol. i found this studio from researching pilates near me, and it is such a hidden gem!! the most affordable unlimited membership i've found (pilates, yoga, and barre). the instructors are truly so kind, and with the small class size it's easy for it to feel like personal training! they are inclusive of all people which i really appreciate. you can tell its a business run out of love, which is pretty hard to come by these days. so grateful i was able to find th... read more

When I moved to Indiana I wanted to find a place I could do my Pilates and feel comfortable. I’ve done that with inner balance. Heide and all her employees are very nice and supportive. I definitely recommend Inner balance to anyone who is looking to get fit and feel good.
Inner Balance is an excellent Pilates studio with great instructors, a welcoming atmosphere and well-structured classes for all levels. Perfect for building strength, flexibility and overall wellness. Highly recommend!
