When I moved to Indiana I wanted to find a place I could do my Pilates and feel comfortable. I’ve done that with inner balance. Heide and all her employees are very nice and supportive. I definitely recommend Inner balance to anyone who is looking to get fit and feel good.
Inner Balance is an excellent Pilates studio with great instructors, a welcoming atmosphere and well-structured classes for all levels. Perfect for building strength, flexibility and overall wellness. Highly recommend!
