Dear new customers planning to visit this shop, please be cautious. I would give them 0 stars if the system allowed it. Here’s what happened: I towed my truck to their shop because it had a derate wire issue. I called beforehand and asked if they could diagnose the problem and provide an estimate before doing any repairs. However, they kept my truck for about 7 hours and then informed me that they had replaced the fuel metering valve — which I never authorized. I went to fix my coolant leak, and the problem returned again, I don’t like the fact that I ended up losing money because I had a load on me when the problem returned again, but I appreciate the fact that they fix it, and didn’t try to blame it on something else. Honesty is key 👌🏿 I’ll stil recommend them 🙌🏿
I do not recommend. Very long wait and unprofessional behavior of the staff. When we politely asked if the truck was ready for collection, one employee repeatedly answered in a raised tone, repeating the same thing several times. His behavior seemed rude and aggressive. The wait, which was supposed to last about 5 minutes, turned into half an hour. The salon after them was dirty, trampled. Do not recommend. Very long wait and rude employees. Teach your employees how to talk to people! A very rude employee approached us with rudeness and arrogance when we politely approached to ask if the truck was ready to pick it up.
