I have used this center for my newborn son and they were not equipped to treat a newborn. The dr confirmed for him to take medications which he didnt need. Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable!
I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to Innaloo medical clinic for a medical assessment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable. I have never encountered such unprofessional conduct from both medical staff and administrative personnel. My son had an appointment booked for 12:30 pm and arrived at 12 pm to wait. Only at 12:30 pm was told the doctor wouldn’t arrive until 1:30 pm. We understand delays can happen, but we would have appreciated being informed earlier. During the appointment, I requested a medical certificate for my son to excuse school due to ongoing pain, but this was declined.
