The environment doesn't feel welcoming, while appointments weren't professional. The information they give is not consistent, I had to ask multiple times to get the summary of my appointment printed. Consent forms were brought to me in the middle of the procedure. The doctor also brings a shadowing student in the middle of the appointment, when it is awkward to decline.
IDK why the other reviews are low, but I just had the best first intake appointment of my life here. I had 4 distinct, chronic problems I visited for, and in the span of the first appointment she addressed everything, solved what she could and scheduled/referred for what she couldn't without rushing or compromising on pleasantness. This office spammed my child’s Apple Watch trying to get her personal information. We have no existing relationship with them, but the number and name of the spam text matched the Google information for this office.
I've been going here for a few years. I've never had an issues. My appointments are always on time. Inna seems very caring and attentive. I recommend it.
Do not go here if you have anxiety or panic attacks. She does not understand or care. I would give 0 stars if I could.
