Strongest recommendation. Very honest. So I am from out of town, but actually grew up near her office. I had another dentist tell me I needed a crown, to which I was doubtful and also their price was fairly high. Dr. Kost is a very caring and thoughtful person who always tries to help as much as possible. She saved two of my teeth when other dentist tried to pull them out instead of treating.
I have been a patient of Inna's for over four years and have generally trusted her with my dental care. However, I wanted to share my recent experience, as I’m quite concerned. After my temporary crown fell off and I did not receive a follow-up call, I sought a second opinion. The new doctor discovered caries on several teeth—issues that were not previously identified despite my regular visits. I was unpleasantly surprised to see this flag displayed on the counter. While the dentist and hygienist have been nice on my 3 total visits, I've encountered scheduling and overcharged billing issues with this office as well. If the Zio support isn't enough to deter you, maybe consider the technical challenges.
