We have lived in our apartment for 6 months now and have never had an issue with the leasing company but most notably the maintenance is so punctual! Kyle is the best maintenance employee we have ever had in our experience renting from various companies at Ohio State and he is always there sometimes within an hour of putting a request in! He is extremely kind and goes above and beyond for Inn Town tenants.
DO NOT LEASE FROM INN TOWN HOMES, I REPEAT DO NOT!!!! Living in one of their apartments on W 9th was hell, we had bed bugs, thousands of plumbing issues and it consistently smelled of rotting. My friend came over and her car got towed too, they just want your money because they are greedy and wont do anything to help you. Place is a total scam and caused so much stress in my life. Morning after checking in after 5pm Yesterday and I I do appreciate the promptness of getting a fresh clean room together that was finished with renovation on a Saturday. However,, We left the room after checking in as it still was in the process of being cleaned and set up and so we later came back to it cleaned. The TV SCREEN ON still programming, set up not completed try set up again. Reported and they were still there doing night audits and did go in and redo it.
