When we came into the room it smelled like feet, one of the doors had what looked to be a bloody handprint on it. The beds are super uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on a rock! The pizzeria downstairs was good though!
The front desk people were always friendly. I particularly appreciated Hasan who helped my family out when we arrived pretty late into the pm. Also returned my card after not realizing I left it at the counter. You have some great staff at this hotel and are very fortunate that they represent your company so well! Super friendly and clean
Renovation inside looks nice & modern, but hotel layout is poor, like a maze. Rooms have nice lighting options, but what the heck...no towel bars in the bathroom. Maid service is not daily, so how do I dry out my towels and washcloth? And where are the ice bucket and glasses/cups? And how is the pool closed in the summer?
