If I could give 10 stars I would. We ran into some problems with our trip and Leslie, the owner, went out of her way to help us get sorted out. We will definitely book again.
Such a wonderful stay in a delightfully old building. Stayed in the Port/Oporto room for 5 nights over Thanksgiving 2023. My area was quite spacious and comfortable - a little chilly (however I am from Florida) but keeping the bedroom door closed helped a lot. The inn in located in the heart of the historic Oregon District of Dayton, Ohio which has quite a few interesting stores, coffee shops, and restaurants all within close walking distance. This is a really cool, authentic older home in a very walkable, historic neighborhood (the Oregon District) with neat stores, coffee shops and restaurants.||I stayed in the Port Room which was quite spacious. There is a lot of common area on the 1st floor with coffee, snacks, juice, fruit, etc always available.
Relaxing. I had a huge space. Would be great for long term visits. Enjoyed breakfast in parlor listening to music. Great walking neighborhood.
