This bed and breakfast is in an awesome location right on Flagler Avenue in New Smyrna Beach. It is just a couple of short blocks to the beach. We stayed in the Flamingo Room with a balcony overlooking Flagler Avenue. Our host Carol was amazing. She greeted us at check-in and showed us to our room. She made us feel very welcome. Angie and Carol provided an incredible stay for us! The delicious breakfast, the beautifully decorated rooms and the fun balcony. Made it a fun weekend for us both. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a weekend getaway. Bobby.
Great host. Very cordial. Easy access to everything NSB. No issues getting in or out. Ample parking space. Would stay here again.
This hotel is absolutely perfect, it is very clean and each room is very personalized and has nice touches like lotion, lots of hooks to hang stuff up. The downstairs reception/kitchen area has delicious snacks like home made cookies. The breakfast was spectacular, we were so full! Carol is an amazing host and makes the stay so special
We booked a room for the fourth of July 2026. We prepaid go it (over $300). A month before, (June) we had to cancel. We were well within the time limit to receive our full payment back. I was given the "run around" by the hotel owners several times. I kept calling back but the woman was very rude to me and I couldn't believe it. I then tried Hotels, com because I booked through them. They said it was up to the hotel to reimburse me, not them.
