We booked a 2 night stay several months ahead of time, as we attend a weekend event nearby, annually. The location is good for that reason. Due to personal, unforeseen, circumstances, it was better if we spent only Friday night and went home on Saturday. We called the Inn, a few days before our stay and asked if we cancelled Saturday night, could we get a refund? They have a 14 day cancellation policy, so the answer was an abrupt no. Love the location - everything was great
Lovely inn located in the heart of New Smyrna Beach. Carole was a great host and made a delicious breakfast.
A mistake was made on my part with my reservation. When I spoke to Carol to try and figure out what was wrong she was rude and not understanding. Carol was very condescending to me and out right disrespectful. I will not come back as we were returning guest. I will tell all my friends and family not to waste their money on the place. Very disappointed!
Gorgeous and comfortable beds, warm hospitality. AMAZING location, two blocks from ocean and walkable to all bars and restaurants
