Mrs Carole is an absolute gem! Made us both feel some comfortable and at home. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean! Her breakfast is delicious!
We stopped here while passing through and are so glad that we did. The themed rooms are cute, the second floor balcony gives a great view, and the community breakfast was fun! We got to know our fellow travelers and Carol, our host. It was walkable to lots of shops, restaurants, and of course - the beach! Also, parking was free with assigned spots in their backyard.
Really nice rooms, great location, great breakfast (although they really ought to have orange juice on offer). Staff quite helpful.
Such a sweet and fun stay! My fiancé and I love the coziness and personalized stays of BNBs and this one fit the bill. The location is perfect too - walking distance to most everything on Flagler Ave in New Smyrna and only 5 minute drive otherwise.
The moment you walk inside this magical B&B you will smile. We visit NSB often as we have access to 2 condos and live only an hour away. However, on occasion we like to stay in a NSB hotel for fun. This was our best experience. Reasonable prices, easy reservation and check-in. And free parking on Flagler is worth its weight in gold. The room: The B&B is clean and up to date inside and out.
