Honestly not that bad of a place but the toilet paper is thick almost like brown paper towel, toilet clogged, streaming setup was extremely difficult didn't connect easily, the elevator is slow and noisy disheartening, the breakfast was great besides the worn out waffle maker. (If you stopped using metal on it, it'd work better and oil based spray) other wise the breakfast tasted good and was awesome served with a smile and started the morning right. Check in was fast

My room was dated and not clean. Dust on surfaces, cobwebs in corners and carpets that I wouldn’t think of walking on without shoes. Will not be back.

The only real issue with this hotel is the same issue I run into everywhere: parents who seem to forget that hallways aren’t racetracks. Letting kids and teenagers sprint, shout, and slam doors late in the evening isn’t “kids being kids”—it’s inconsiderate. It disrupts guests who are trying to rest, work, or simply enjoy their stay. A little supervision goes a long way, and it shouldn’t fall on hotel staff to manage basic courtesy. Now, the staff? That’s a completely different story. I was at Inn on Prince for a conference and y i k e s. The rooms and conference chairs have mystery stains everywhere. The venue didn’t provide water for the poster session or half the coffee sessions. We had to do a bunch of things the hotel staff should have been doing ourselves - including plunging toilets. The entire hotel smells very strongly of chlorine - it was overwhelming especially in rooms on the first floor and the conference level, where we had to eat.
