So lovely to find an 'old-world' inn, with courteous, friendly staff and a place to have coffee or a cocktail downstairs. Room was very comfortable and welcoming.
Wonderful experience. Location allowed us to easily walk to the main street. Wonderful staff.
Always stay here when I come to Amherst. So friendly and the food is amazing! I will definitely be coming back.
I was mistakenly charged $150 twice for incidentals and only refunded one of the $150. I have phoned twice and assured that it would be refunded. Its now 7 days later and…So far nothing!! So far as the hotel …was only okay. And obviously the staff was not so good at all.
We really enjoyed our stay. Boltwood is a quaint new England hotel with modern amenities. The room was beautiful and immaculate. Everyone from the front desk representative to the restaurant staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Food was great. We enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be back.
