Worst service. We waited over 20 minutes for one burger and fry combo. Five employees behind the counter. The girl who took our order was clearly annoyed we were there. The two men behind the second counter were eating and drinking. Completely ridiculous to be served this way. Never again will I spend my money here. Tipping before you receive your service is a joke.
The burger is grilled to perfection with the crisp edges, the toppings are fresh, the bun is toasty. Everything about this burger was delicious. The fries seem to be hand cut and served fresh. The service was not good. The cook promptly completed our food and it sat under the lamp for about 10 minutes because the cashier was not paying attention and yapping away while she ate fries behind the counter at the restaurant next door. Complete letdown!!!! This experience was thoroughly underwhelming, uninspired, and entirely forgettable from start to finish. Service was entirely mediocre. For an eighty-dollar tab covering just burgers, fries, and drinks, I left the customary twenty percent tip expecting actual table service. Instead, you're left standing around waiting for someone to shout your name for pickup, armed with tiny condiment packets and zero napkins. Definitely wanted to try Walhburgers for a long time now & didn't realize there was one at Ruidoso. Got the Our Burger combo and it was very good. I wanted to try it Smash Style but for some reason I couldn't get it as a combo. I still have no idea why not. But maybe next time.
Waited more that what I wait at any other burger shack, it a burger not a steak .. 30 minute wait is to much. And obviously the wait downs with it. Go and get a McDonald's instead. One pickle.... One pickle...hahaha Paper thin burger... You suck
