Food was terrible. Service was terrible. Cooks messed up the order. Cashier gave all the ppl that ordered behind us their food and ours sat their for 10 min before she called us. Pretty disappointing honestly. We heard from 2 different locals that this place was bad but I wanted to try it anyway. Well the locals were right 55$ for 3 ppl to eat burgers. I could've went to denny's and got a better bigger burger for the same price. I wish i would've read the reviews before going. What a joke.
I had a really disappointing experience at Sbarro. The staff member who helped us was extremely dismissive—no matter how polite we were, he just ignored us. The food was served cold, and the service had the same coldness. It was so noticeable that other customers also seemed to notice how rude he was. They really need a change of management because the whole atmosphere was off. I won’t be coming back.
Ordered 5 burgers with fries & drinks, took over 30 minutes and 3 of our burgers were either cold in middle or raw (we ordered well done) and the customer service was non-existent. Really disappointing. I have been to Wahlburgers in Boston a few times, and if the Wahlburgers restaurants knew what you’re location was doing to there reputation they would shut you down. Very disappointing.
5 guys make cook to orders burgers too and they don't take 45 to 60 minutes to deliver and when they do they offer compensation not here sorry mark smh
Dena would rather make you believe a 50 minute wait time is a win as opposed to giving you a refund and having a happy customer I don’t know about that but I won’t be getting here again. Sbarro next-door looks much better..
