I love this location. I stayed at the courtyard Marriott for a month before coming to Inn Marin and would chose Inn Marin hands down out of the two. Better staff, cuter rooms (really well done) and just a great overall vibe. Plus they are pet friendly. Win win. Highly recommend.

Grounds looked good. Sparse breakfast offering, but acceptable. Great value for a hotel.
They said breakfast included look is just cheap cereal & 1 type white bagel
Amazing and perfect in almost every single way. The only little bit of trouble I have had really just comes down to a few employees at the front desk that have a bit of a sassy attitude about simple questions or requests that should be both standard and expected. I was highly inconvenienced one morning when I was in route to the breakfast while carrying a pile of dirty towels in my hands to trade the front desk for some new ones.
