I booked thinking the pictures were up to date. The staff is great, the rooms are great, the grounds could really use care. The laundry has been down since 2020 (COVID) but the machines were never rinsed so going to the vending isn't easy on the nose. The gym looks like it's storage. Someone finally cleaned out the garbage that was in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub, we were told, would be looked at 08/09-08/11 but it's is still closed. Nearly every hydrangea on the grounds has cercospora leaf spot (fungal infection). Fire... read more
My wife and I come here to get away. While it is not asteticly high end it is great to get away. Hopefully the remodeling will be done soon.
We were so excited to stay here, but once we checked in we were completely shattered. The pool and hot tub were out of service, which is what we really looked forward to. What's worse is Google says they have a gym, but they do not, so, we can't even get a work out. And the cherry on top was that they do have fire pits, but they had zero gas left because it was all used up from an earlier event in the day. Sooooo, we literally had NOTHING to do here except stay in our room and pull our hair out wishing we had gone somewhere ... read more
