Incredible customer service. I've never experienced this level of support in all my career. The platform has been completely refreshed. What a beaut!
They promise you everything, once you sign up and pay the cost of setup they disappear. Only support is online chat and it is terrible. Waste of time, they never respond to your emails or call.
This is the worst system. ‼️It is not use or employee friendly. As a. employee i 🤬can not access my pay stub. Though it gives you options , employees, the pop up windows will not work. The clock in, clock out camera feature works 75%. The feature holds everyone accountable for their time🤬 however it is more time consuming to maintain.
