Pat was the best. We called 20-30 plumbers from Syracuse to Rochester. Most don’t answer the phone. The few that did wanted to charge upwards of $1000 just to look at the problem because it was the holiday weekend, let alone solve it. We had another company come through the night before, and he tried for an hour, then told us we would need to dig and it would cost $7500! Discovered a blockage in my sewer line at the worst possible time (isn't it ALWAYS!) and needed somebody as quickly as possible. Pat from INN DRAIN returned my call and was here within just a few minutes!! In about 2 hours, he had us back up and draining again! Very knowledgeable & friendly, with very reasonable rates!
