Rooms are spacious and somewhat clean. We had two rooms and one of the toilets needed help flushing properly. Water doesn't warm up properly and the pressure is lacking. The main lobby needs a bigger sign. There needs to be better signage and lighting throughout the property. Front desk gentleman was helpful on the night we checked in. There were only 2 cribs for the whole place and they were already claimed so we had to gerryrig two couches for my toddler. The main lobby needs a massive upgrade. In walking distance to the water park so if you are staying here you don't have to pay for parking . Very clean rooms and roomy enough for a family of 4

Trevor was really nice!! Super helpful and informative! Was even nice to the crazy rude lady in front of us!! Kudos to him! We're only passing through but for one night it was great!

Excelente lugar, muy acogedor. La habitación estaba muy limpia y organizada, alguna que otra cucaracha qué salia por las noches y te caminaba por encima. También deberían contratar algun guardia qué pase por la noches, los inquilinos de al lado se pasaron la noche en el pasillo ingiriendo bebidas alcohólicas y haciendo ruido. Pero es un excelente lugar, cerca del parque del agua.

I was a long stay guest at this hotel! Great people and 5 star service. Special shout out for Marnie and Marcus both were very helpful.
