The best overall experience of hospitality and convenience I've ever encountered outside of Vegas. Walked up to the counter and I was instantly mad that only one person was working the front desk since I was 5th in line, 4 minutes later I was back in my car telling my girlfriend that the service at this place is on point. Extremely disappointing. I booked a few rooms for my wedding night because they were unable to accommodate a room block for the wedding. Long story short, I was overcharged and when speaking with the assistant general manger and financial coordinator, I was spoken to like a child and felt extremely disrespected by their argumentative demeanor. Money aside, I did not appreciate the manor in which this was handled. I am regretful for choosing The Inn for my wedding night and do not plan to stay here again.
Drove 5700 miles across the country and back..stayed in various motels, mostly Hampton Inns, which we love. This Inn was by far the most reasonably priced, comfortable, relaxing place we stayed. Decor was delightful and soothing, linens were crisp and comfy, staff friendly, breakfast delicious..an all around winner in my opinion. Did not use the Shutte Service, but it was available..
