Exceptional - rooms are spacious and very clean. Free coffee and French press in the room. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus. Did I mention the cookies at check in!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! It was the very first stop on our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect beginning to our trip. When we arrived, we were so touched to find champagne, chocolates, and a sweet card waiting for us in the room. It was such a thoughtful welcome and made our stay feel extra special. It's been a few weeks since my stay but I can't get the horrible experience out of my brain so maybe sharing it with others will allow me to let it go. The location and view is nice but this place leaves a lot to be desired. Cleanliness is not good, there was evidence of the prior guest in my room. Tv didn't work and staff didn't even know how to fix it, I had to wait multiple hours into the night for a resolution. Lacy was consistently abrasive, rude, and dismissive. Don't stay here if you don't have too. Tv was broken front desk took 4 hours and didn't even enter room to look at it actually lies right to my face claiming lines were down. While seeing other rooms with working tvs. No decent coffee if available. 4 pillows on the bed and the one right in front was actually yellow.
This was our third vacation here! Two wonderful spring break trips! Now a sweet August vacation! Great granddaughter had a wonderful time, she loves that room! Her mom and I were so ready to unwind in the glorious spa overlooking our magnificent ocean! It was perfect! We are so grateful, and hope to return again!
