This is the second negative review I've ever left in my life. Upon checking in at this establishment, the staff was not friendly at all. The lady at the check in desk didn't tell me where I could park, where the beach access was, etc. Service was subpar. The rooms were clean and well kept which I do appreciate. But the noise from upstairs just from people walking around was so loud it was difficult to fall asleep. Not how you want to experience a vacation. Good no frills place to stay with kids.
Great place. Great beds. Great value. Great town. Great staff....julie is excellant. Tappas eatery in town is place to go.
We stayed there twice within a two-month period. The first time, we stayed in a *Lighthouse Deluxe King* suite with an ocean view. We loved it, except for one detail: the bathroom had a strange, drain-like odor. Also, my husband found the mattress a bit too firm, though it was fine for me. The second time, we stayed in a *King* studio with an ocean view. This time the room was perfect, with the sole exception that they had forgotten to service it; since the front desk staff wasn't answering my calls, I had to go down in pers... read more
Rooms are very clean, super great location, Amanda the front desk is a 5 star very helpful. The only thing it could've been better is the breakfast, for the price you pay you should definitely get a hot breakfast. Other than that I recommend this place.
