Absolutely terrible customer service. You see all these bad reviews and how the hotel is responding, but they do not fix anything. There is no phone number to contact the front desk when they are gone. The customer service is absolutely no help. Tried to check in, but no one was there and the customer service person on the phone put in zero effort in providing a solution after I told them the front desk employee was not there and i could not get ahold of them. Stay away. Run as far as you can. This place is a dump!! You get a door with a huge gap in it. Only 2 tv channels and ANTS!!!! We woke up with ants everywhere. Horrible horrible place. Even though Joseph and Marcus are super nice, it does not change the fact that this is a nasty nasty place which should be condemned.
SHOULD BE ---STARS. They took my reservation and $$$$. Site said the check in was until 10. We arrived at 950pm. When I called the customer service number, they said the office closed at 8pm. No answer from her to why they took my reservation at 9pm then, if the office was already closed. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!
Amazing how a place that was probably "not bad" once turned into what it is now. It's a pretty run down building. Garbage was in our room when we arrived. The service was almost non existent. To top it all off we woke up in the morning to see our room covered in ants. On our beds, on our luggage, on the walls the floors the counters the doors, even on us! Be aware, sketchy looking place, but the worst thing about this place is that they close the front desk before 10pm. It must be in small print because I was unaware when I booked it. I received no refund and had to find another hotel in a different city. Quality Inn, much better choice. It was only planned for one night stay since we arrived so late from our flight. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
