There is no staff past 10pm most nights and I had to sleep in my truck one night because nobody was there to re-scan my key card until the next morning. They charged me for the towels I used to clean their tub out when it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. This time they charged me for a face towel and said it was damaged! I took a video of how I left the room and the towels but I still got charged. There was also dog feces on the ground and going up the stairs.

On October 27, 2025, I made a reservation at this hotel. When I arrived, I was assigned a room on the third floor. I had very heavy luggage, and this hotel does not have an elevator. I requested a room on the first floor, but there were no rooms available, so I had to stay at another hotel. I was told that my payment would be refunded within four business days, but today is December 17, 2025, and I have not received my refund. The rooms are fine. The value is good. But I have to lower my rating because the service is middling at best. The usual desk worker clearly doesn't want to be there (or be alive, not sure which). But last time we reserved a room, we got to the building about 10:45, the office was closed. There was a "back at 9" sign in the window. Now, last time we came and found the office closed it reopened about 15 minutes later. The price is good, and of course that means you won't expect to be handled like Queen Victoria. However, being a low maintenance human, I drew the line when I couldn't get the shower warm. They didn't have warm water in the units. No one cares if the staff is nonchalant.
