This is the worst hotel you could ever stay at. We have been here since 7/17/26-7/21/26. We have had NO hot water since we have been here, hot water heater has been out for the entire time. Internet has been down twice now since we have been here. The rooms are disgusting, ants and gnats everywhere. Floors and filthy doesn’t even look like they were cleaned. Frustrating. If you are booking on a third-party platform and pick the option to pay later, the hotel WILL cancel your reservation and WILL NOT inform you. My reservation was still booked on Expedia but the GM canceled it a month before my visit. It was canceled by the hotel not by Expedia. Therefore, Expedia could not inform me. THEN they did not offer to HONOR the cost of my reservation even though they canceled my booking. So, I had to pay about $80 more. Would give 0 stars if I could. Made a booking last year then tried to cancel it multiple times before the date. Phone service was no help canceling my booking or getting me my refund. They told me they were working on it and "re-escalating the situation" but I never got my money back. Do not recommend this place.
