We stayed here several years ago and the rooms were gross. It looked like they were trying to renovate, but not really. Fast-forward a couple years and it looks exactly the same. Still beat up and like maybe they renovated some stuff, but cheaply. We ended up bringing our dog with us and when we left she was itching like crazy. We found fleas on her and my husband ended up getting a flea bite on his ankle. We will never go back to this disgusting place. The staff is always helpful and kind and the restaurant has good food.

What should have been a fun long weekend away while participating in the Big Bass Tournament was anything but. Between the A/C in our room not working, the hotel's reasoning was they had put the sofa too close to the unit and were just going to give us a fan, the sliding door being broken in the room, to the obnoxious drunk college kids that paraded each floor until 4 am, the front desk telling us it's not their responsibility for the TV's to work in the rooms to the employees not knowing the correct pricing to quote custome... read more
