We are seasoned travelers who have fallen in love with the Inn, their staff including the delightful man who keeps the breakfast room. Our room was immaculate with a view over both the pool and the sound. In one direction we could also see the lighthouse and historic Whalehead Club. Enjoyed the oceanfront pools and indulged in lunch there even though breakfast at the Inn had been quite filling. Cannot wait to return off season.

Did a last minute stay here with my family of four (2 adults & 2 kids). The room was spacious, clean, and looked well taken care of. The room was well stocked with the basics. During our stay it was quiet. Everyone was very respectful of each other and kind. Our trip was centered around spending most of our days out on Corolla's 4WD beach. Being able to get up, walk upstairs to grab breakfast (good amount of options provided) and have ice machines available for our cooler, made our days flow easier. For the front office lady with the blonde hair, being the first person we see coming to check in and out there should be more of a professional look and better hospitality with someone in that position. The way she was dressed was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I understand the cleaners and gazebo girls wear different attire due to their position. But this lady sits inside with AC.
