A dozen families booked rooms for two nights and prepaid for them for a lacrosse tournament. A week before the tournament, one of the families found out that all our rooms had been canceled. We had a lot of trouble getting the management on the phone to confirm the cancelation and the one family that was able to connect was treated very rudely.
