We only stayed one night, but all of us agreed we’d gladly come back to stay at the Inn at Cannon Beach. When we checked in, the first thing we noticed were the wild, but very tame, black and tortoiseshell bunnies, which gave the place kind of a magical vibe. The grounds were gorgeous, with lots of mature trees, plantings, and even a pond. We had a small deck, and the room was very nicely appointed and comfortable. Used to be a solid spot. Had a very bad experience in June, and have not gone back. In this economy, you can’t be disrespectful and condescending to customers paying $400 a night. Gladly will pay more money to stay elsewhere.
We stayed at the lighthouse property. We added on a S’mores kit for the beach that was a wonderful experience. Location was wonderful and walkable to the beach. A note that there is no AC in the rooms and it did get quite warm. Overall great vacation.
9/23/25. We thought this was the absolute best hotel experience we ever had! From the moment we walked into the lobby we felt welcome. The room was homey, clean and no detail was overlooked to make us feel pampered and special. Even our dogs were given a welcome package including treats, water bowl, frisbee, and sheets and towel so they could lie on the beds.The breakfast was excellent and the wildlife in the area was just icing on the cake.
