Very clean, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. All the little extras enriched our experience (free use of beach chairs and blankets, freshly made cookies, complimentary dvd usage and popcorn). Staff helped with viewing tidepools and finding good hikes for our group. Grounds were beautiful. We’d never seen a golden chain tree like they have in the courtyard. Location is premium. Beach is mins away, Haystack rock within walking distance. Ecola and Oswald West State Parks are a short 15 drive away.

There’s no AC. We cooked in the room all night. Unfortunately, we couldn’t leave a window open due to their over abundance of young frogs in the pond outside our room. It was 75 degrees during the day which isn’t crazy hot, but the room never cooled down. It was miserable. I didn’t realize there was no AC, that’s on me. We also had quite the ant problem in the room. Everything else was to be expected. If you like a hot room, this should be fine for you.

We had no hot water - water was ice cold. We were unable to shower after making a fire at the beach which is what we got this room for. They said they would send maintenance, but they did not arrive and they stopped answering their after hours emergency line. Requested to be moved to new unit, but no response.

My stay here was honestly an easy FIVE STAR stay. The property itself is in a great location but the room and the actual property were also great! I have absolutely zero complaints or comments about the room I stayed in. I stayed in a premier king studio suite in the north building and it was so comfortable, roomy, and the fireplace came in so clutch during the stay.
