This has a happy ending ...Ok long story but we got to our rooms and the beds weren't made out head guy called the front desk and talked calmly ( none of us were upset we were having fun) the lady on the phone offers us some time in the bar with a guest spending till they prepaid a room for us. The lady was so amazing so kind and the sweetest woman I have ever met her name was Teresa amazing lady ask for her if you are at the inn. Beautiful hotel, great location and the staff and concierge is amazing. Service and food was amazing and will for sure be back to check the views in the summer time!
This hotel was huge. It seemed really nice upon entering. I did not like how their doorman forced himself to help us when we first got there. He insisted that they are a full service hotel, which is nice, but we didn’t even get a second to ourselves to discuss what we wanted to take up to our room after a long car ride. But he insisted we couldn’t use their luggage cart without him because “residents take too long with the carts” aka they want you to be spending more money to tip them. This rubbed me the wrong way.
