I had Chad with InMotion Mechanical out to our place in Truckee this afternoon to do some routine maintenance on our boiler and to diagnose an issue with our tankless water heater. Chad was awesome. He clearly cared about doing a good job and he took the time and stayed late, after what had already been a long day for him, to make sure everything was done right. I'm glad I reached out to InMotion Mechanical, and I now consider them a trusted partner and our "go-to" company for all of our mechanical system needs.
In Motion is a great company. They answer their phone and respond to you immediately. The lady in the office is very nice and helpful. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job. He also checked and did a service on our tankless water heater. We have used them before and will again in the future.
Tyler came out for the maintenance on our hydronic floor heating system and was very thorough. He was on time, explained everything in detail and came back out for a quick follow-up the next day to resolve a small issue that arose. Great customer service and communication! Will use again for AC next summer. Thanks!
