I joined In Motion’s stretching program almost a year ago to relieve tight hips, neck pain and lower back pain. After a few weeks I noticed better range of motion, less stiffness, and improved posture. The program is thoughtful and progressive—coaches explain form and breathing, tailor routines to your level, and combine longer flows with short daily sequences that are easy to stick with. Professional and encouraging instructors ( Mike and Mark ) made it sustainable and effective.
OMG! This place is wonderful! I went in very stiff and sore. After just a half hour session I came out feeling like a new man...much more flexible and less pain. Tim, the person who did my stretch, was amazing! Great personality! He explained everything he was doing in detail. I understood what was going on with my body and what he was doing to correct it...long term and short term. I highly recommend this place!!!
I work on my feet for 10 hours and do some advanced classes at the gym and this is the highlight of my week! I am more flexible than I have been in a long time. Love Love InMotion
