I've been going for almost a year now and will continue to go for as long as I can. I have learned a lot and enjoy the people. Coach teaches in a way that I understand and i usually have comprehension issues. I'm glad to have found this place
Five stars for sure. My husband started going this time last year to learn self defense and confidence. He's started to become more friendly and comfortable (he was always antisocial and akward). This is because everyone at the gym is so welcoming and encouraging even to me who doesn't go to class. Its almost like a little family. The pricing is great.
