We are a striking focused, MMA gym in Wake Forest, NC. We train in the arts of Muay-Thai, Boxing, and Kickboxing - with wrestling/grappling and kids classes coming soon. I've been going for almost a year now and will continue to go for as long as I can. I have learned a lot and enjoy the people. Coach teaches in a way that I understand and i usually have comprehension issues. I'm glad to have found this place
Five stars for sure. My husband started going this time last year to learn self defense and confidence. He's started to become more friendly and comfortable (he was always antisocial and akward). This is because everyone at the gym is so welcoming and encouraging even to me who doesn't go to class. Its almost like a little family. The pricing is great. This gym is definitely 5 stars! I’ve learned a lot coming here and meeting wonderful people along the way. Mr. Martinez and Ms. Jenni are very respectful and they make sure your needs are met. I know, I can say, I’ve been through a lot, but knowing others along the way who have been in the same shoes as me truly is heartwarming and that I can find a place of happiness & at peace.
