Appreciate the sessions I had. Extremely disappointed to end due to a honest mistake of times & being charged $220 after my family would have not missed a session for 50 plus visits. Appreciate policy but guidelines are more important. I’ve lost over a weeks wage as it stands now due to my health. Compassion & Goodwill are priceless to a business.
We attended two sessions with Dr Griffiths for IVF implications counselling. While she was able to professionally navigate around the conversations for the requirements and implications of the process, as well as go through all the legal requirements over two sessions.
