I contacted Inmars about staining the exterior brick facade on my home and they were amazaing! Not only am I extremely satisfied with the result, but the customer service was excellent as well. They worked with me on the staining process to make sure I was satisfied with my home, even doing a spot test of a semi-transparent stain, vs. a non-transparent stain like they recommended, so I could see before hand what the result would be. Original review AND response to the owner's response to my review: Very poor communication from Armando. He was by for a COUPLE appointments, and he showed up, however, when I called to check back after the 2nd appt and requested a call back - he failed to return my call. He ALSO failed to send the 2nd quote (to include the additional painting I was requesting) which he said he would send the Monday after his 2nd appointment. He sent nothing. Professionally, he could have at least had the professionalism to phone me back... ... read more
