Had the same bad experience. Promised he would have everything done by the end of the week. Wound up cleaning up the brush, and cutting down one tree by myself. Never came back to trim our Cypress, and still have one tree to take down. We wanted to keep the fire wood. Found one of the neighbors collecting the fire wood. Jeff had told him he could have. I have know his family most of my life. Very disappointed. I do not think he even has a crew anymore.

Stay away. We had the same poor experience. We had to pay $1000s to get the mess Jeff left behind cleaned up.

I would strongly suggest getting any and all service agreements in writing. We've been put off for over 7 months waiting to get Jeff back to finish the clean up. Only to be told he had only agreed to remove the firewood (still laying on the ground) and not the branches/brush. His trucks leaked oil on our paved driveway and we were given one excuse after another as to why he hasn't come out. Always responding, I'll be out one day next week.... We could not be more satisfied with Inman's Tree Service. They skillfully removed our large trees with no damage and removed the trees. They also trimmed branches and cleared out areas to provide better air flow for our house. From start to finish we were given an excellent price and superior service. They are a really professional group performing great work. We highly recommend them.
