My husband called down there and whoever answered the phone was rude. My husband explained that he had called over 10 times and no answer and the guy just said “well i wasn’t working yesterday”. and then my husband told him that he had got a quote in Knoxville that was 1,000 cheaper. The guy on the phone said “well just go there then!” We will. No need for us or anyone else to waste their time there.
Ronnie took care of my granddaughter's car very well. He advised on the transmission, inspected the transmission that was delivered to him and installed it very efficiently! He's the best around these parts for sure!
Set up appointment. Price quote was fair for transmission. He knew of problem with my model of truck.He checked out my vehicle. We wasn't sure if it was transmission or something else. He replaced those parts before going into transmission. It fixed the problem. Would recommend even if you had to bring vehicle from Knoxville.
