I've been a patient with this doctors office for over 20 years. Over the past few years the service has become horrible, the office staff is rude and unprofessional!! Dr. Jain is rude and dismissive!! And they are money hungry!! They don't care about your overall health!! There should be an option to give NO STARS!!!

I attended this office because I had severe back pain, and they refused service due to a ridiculous policy regarding insurance. All they care about is how much the insurance will pay them! I was vulnerable because I had been in pain, and I got so upset when the nurse started yelling at me for no apparent reason. Their customer service is unpleasant. Not only did they refuse to serve me because I didn't have the right health insurance, they simply sent me home and did not give me the notice so I could be arranged care elsewhere. Despite the way they ignored the symptoms making me feel ill, their concern was where they would receive money from. Even some guidance would have sufficed.
